Front Crankshaft Oil Seal Installation

Apply MP grease to the lip of a new crankshaft oil seal.

NOTICE:

Keep the lip free of foreign objects.

Using SST and a hammer, tap in the crankshaft oil seal until its surface is flush with the timing gear cover edge.

NOTICE:

1. Do not tap the oil seal at an angle.
   
2. Wipe off any excess grease from the crankshaft.
   

Align the keyway of the pulley with the key located on the crankshaft, and then slide the pulley into place to install it.

Using SST, install the pulley bolt.
