INSTALL HEATER ASSEMBLY

INSTALL AIR DUCT

INSTALL MANUAL TRANSMISSION

Install the heater bracket sub-assembly with the 4 bolts.

• Torque:
• 9.8 N*m{ 100 kgf*cm, 7 ft.*lbf}

• HINT:

• Tighten the bolts in the order shown in the illustration.

Install the heater exhaust pipe with the 2 bolts. and 3 nuts.

• Torque:
• 9.8 N*m{ 100 kgf*cm, 7 ft.*lbf}

Install the heater assembly with the 4 bolts.

• Torque:
• Bolt 1:
• 9.8 N*m{ 100 kgf*cm, 7 ft.*lbf}
• Bolt 2:
• 5.4 N*m{ 55 kgf*cm, 48 in.*lbf}

Install the fuel hose and attach the clip.

Install the heater water outlet hose and attach the clip.

Install the heater water inlet hose and attach the clip.

Install the air duct with the clip and clamp.
