  1. INSTALL WASHER LEVEL WARNING SWITCH

  2. INSTALL WINDSHIELD WASHER JAR ASSEMBLY

  3. FILL UP WASHER JAR AND PUMP ASSEMBLY WITH WASHER FLUID

  4. INSTALL HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY RH

  5. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER COVER (w/ Large Front Spoiler)

  6. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER COVER (w/ Small Front Spoiler)

  7. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER COVER (w/o Front Spoiler)

  8. INSTALL FRONT SPOILER COVER (w/ Front Spoiler)

  9. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

Washer Level Warning Switch (For Sedan) -- Installation



1. INSTALL WASHER LEVEL WARNING SWITCH

  1. Install the washer level warning switch onto the packing of the washer jar.



2. INSTALL WINDSHIELD WASHER JAR ASSEMBLY

  1. Install the windshield washer jar.

  1. Install the 2 bolts.

    Torque:
    5.5 N*m{56 kgf*cm, 49 in.*lbf}

  1. Connect the 2 connectors.

  1. Connect the 2 harness clamps.



3. FILL UP WASHER JAR AND PUMP ASSEMBLY WITH WASHER FLUID

  1. Connect the washer hose to the washer motor and pump, and fill the washer jar with washer fluid.



4. INSTALL HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY RH
HINT:
Use the same procedure as for the LH side (YARIS_NCP93 RM000000RJR01EX_01_0001.html).


5. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER COVER (w/ Large Front Spoiler)

  1. Install the 2 clips, screw grommet and the 6 spring nuts.

  1. Engage the 6 claws and install the front bumper cover.

  1. Connect the connectors.

    HINT:
    If the vehicle is equipped with fog lights, connect the connector.

  1. Install the 6 clips.

  1. Install the 2 screw grommets.

  1. Tighten the 9 bolts and the 7 screws.

  1. Remove the protective tape.



6. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER COVER (w/ Small Front Spoiler)

  1. Install the 2 clips, the screw grommet and the 10 spring nuts.

  1. Engage the 6 claws and install the front bumper cover.

  1. Connect the connectors.

    HINT:
    If the vehicle is equipped with fog lights, connect the connectors.

  1. Install the 6 clips.

  1. Install the 2 screw grommets.

  1. Tighten the 5 screws and the 3 bolts.

  1. Remove the protective tape.



7. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER COVER (w/o Front Spoiler)

  1. Install the 2 clips and the screw grommet.

  1. Engage the 6 claws and install the front bumper cover.

  1. Connect the connectors.

    HINT:
    If the vehicle is equipped with fog lights, connect the connectors.

  1. Install the 6 clips.

  1. Install the 2 screw grommets.

  1. Tighten the 7 screws and the 3 bolts.

  1. Remove the protective tape.



8. INSTALL FRONT SPOILER COVER (w/ Front Spoiler)

  1. Install the front spoiler cover with the 2 screws and the 10 bolts.



9. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
Torque:
5.4 N*m{55 kgf*cm, 48 in.*lbf}
