Outer Rear View Mirror Cover (For Hatchback) -- Removal



1. REMOVE OUTER MIRROR


    Yaris. Ncp93, 131.Mirror (Ext).Power Mirror Control System (For Sedan).Outer Rear View Mirror Cover (For Hatchback) Removal

  1. Push the upper part of the outer mirror surface and tilt it.

    		Moulding Remover

  1. Apply protective tape to the bottom of the outer mirror cover.

  1. Using a moulding remover, disengage the 4 claws.

  1. Disengage the 2 guides and remove the outer mirror.

  1. Disconnect the connector.

    HINT:
    If the vehicle is equipped with mirror heater, disconnect the connector.


2. REMOVE OUTER MIRROR COVER

  1. Using a screwdriver with its tip wrapped in protective tape, disengage the 4 claws from the upper inside of the mirror body.

  1. Push the upper part of the mirror cover forward to tilt it, and then disengage the 2 claws on the lower part to remove the outer mirror cover.
