  1. Check the resistance.

    1. Using an ohmmeter, measure the resistance and check the results in accordance with the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard Resistance:
      Tester Connection
      		Switch Connection
      		Specified Condition
      1 - 2
      3 - 4
      		UP
      		Below 1 Ω
      1 - 2
      4 - 5
      		OFF
      		Below 1 Ω
      1 - 3
      4 - 5
      		DOWN
      		Below 1 Ω
      If the result is not as specified, replace the power window regulator switch.
