  1. REMOVE NO. 1 AIR DUCT SUB-ASSEMBLY

  2. REMOVE NO. 1 BLOWER DAMPER SERVO SUB-ASSEMBLY

  3. REMOVE BLOWER MOTOR WITH FAN SUB-ASSEMBLY

  4. REMOVE BLOWER RESISTOR

  5. REMOVE AIR FILTER CASE

  6. REMOVE CLEAN AIR FILTER

Blower Unit (For Hatchback) -- Disassembly



1. REMOVE NO. 1 AIR DUCT SUB-ASSEMBLY

  1. Disengage the 2 claws and 2 guides, and remove the air duct.



2. REMOVE NO. 1 BLOWER DAMPER SERVO SUB-ASSEMBLY

  1. Remove the 2 screws and the blower damper servo.



3. REMOVE BLOWER MOTOR WITH FAN SUB-ASSEMBLY

  1. Remove the 3 screws and the blower motor.



4. REMOVE BLOWER RESISTOR

  1. Remove the 2 screws and the blower resistor.



5. REMOVE AIR FILTER CASE

  1. Pinch portion A to disengage the claw and remove the air filter case.



6. REMOVE CLEAN AIR FILTER

  1. Remove the clean air filter from the blower.
