REMOVE REAR SEAT ASSEMBLY (for 60/40 Split Seat Type RH Side)
Rear Seat Outer Belt Assembly (For Hatchback 3 Door) -- Removal |
- HINT:
- The procedure described below is for the RH side. Use the same procedure for both the RH and LH sides, unless otherwise specified.
| 1. REMOVE REAR SEAT ASSEMBLY (for 60/40 Split Seat Type LH Side) |
| 2. REMOVE REAR SEAT ASSEMBLY (for 60/40 Split Seat Type RH Side) |
| 3. REMOVE REAR SEAT ASSEMBLY (for Fold Down Seat Type) |
| 4. REMOVE DECK BOARD ASSEMBLY |
Remove the deck board.
 |
| 5. REMOVE NO. 2 ROOM LIGHT ASSEMBLY |
Using a screwdriver with its tip wrapped in protective tape, disengage the claw.

Disconnect the connector and remove the No. 2 room light assembly.
| 6. REMOVE JACK HANDLE (for RH Side) |
| 7. REMOVE REAR FLOOR FINISH PLATE |
Disengage the 4 claws and 4 guides and remove the rear floor finish plate.
 |
| 8. REMOVE FRONT DOOR SCUFF PLATE |
Disengage the 8 claws and remove the front door scuff plate.
 |
| 9. DISCONNECT FRONT DOOR OPENING TRIM WEATHERSTRIP |
Remove the front door opening trim weatherstrip.
 |
| 10. DISCONNECT FRONT SEAT OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY |
Disengage the 3 claws to remove the lap belt outer anchor cover.
 |
Remove the bolt and disconnect the floor anchor part of the front seat outer belt assembly.
 |
| 11. REMOVE FRONT QUARTER TRIM PANEL ASSEMBLY |
Disengage the 8 clips and 10 claws.
 |
Disengage the 3 guides and remove the quarter trim panel.
| 12. DISCONNECT REAR SEAT 3 POINT TYPE OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY |
Remove the bolt.
 |
Disengage the 2 claws and separate the rear seat 3 point type outer belt.
| 13. REMOVE DECK TRIM SIDE PANEL ASSEMBLY RH (for RH Side) |
Remove the 3 screws.
 |
Disengage the 3 clips and the 3 claws and remove the deck trim side panel.
| 14. REMOVE DECK TRIM SIDE PANEL ASSEMBLY LH (for LH Side) |
- HINT:
- Use the same procedure as for the RH side.
| 15. REMOVE ROOF SIDE INNER GARNISH |
Disengage the 5 clips.
 |
Pass the rear seat 3 point type outer belt through the slit in the roof side inner garnish and remove the roof side inner garnish.
| 16. REMOVE REAR SEAT 3 POINT TYPE OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY |
Remove the bolt and the shoulder anchor.
 |
Remove the bolt, disengage the 2 hooks to remove the rear seat 3 point type outer belt assembly.
 |
| 17. REMOVE SEAT BELT HOLE SEAL |
Disengage the 2 claws to remove the seat belt hole seal.
 |
