  1. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

  2. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL LOWER CENTER FINISH PANEL

  3. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL END RH

  4. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL END LH

  5. REMOVE INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL NO.1

  6. REMOVE RADIO RECEIVER ASSEMBLY (for Integrated with Panel)

  7. REMOVE INSTRUMENT CLUSTER CENTER FINISH PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY (except Integrated with Panel)

  8. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL CENTER REGISTER ASSEMBLY

  9. REMOVE HAZARD WARNING SIGNAL SWITCH ASSEMBLY (Built in Front Passenger Seat Belt Warning Light)

Front Passenger Seat Belt Warning Light (For Sedan) -- Removal



1. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL


2. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL LOWER CENTER FINISH PANEL

  1. Disengage the 2 claws and 2 clips and remove the instrument panel finish panel lower center.



3. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL END RH

  1. Disengage the 6 claws and 3 clips and remove the instrument panel finish panel end RH.



4. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL END LH

  1. Disengage the 6 claws and 3 clips and remove the instrument panel finish panel end LH.



5. REMOVE INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL NO.1

  1. Disengage the 7 claws and 5 clips and remove the instrument cluster finish panel.



6. REMOVE RADIO RECEIVER ASSEMBLY (for Integrated with Panel)


    Yaris. Ncp93, 131

  1. for Integrated with Panel:

    1. Disconnect the hazard warning signal switch connector.

    2. Remove the 4 bolts.



      3. Yaris. Ncp93, 131

    3. Disengage the 4 clips and the 4 claws and remove the radio receiver.



      4. Yaris. Ncp93, 131

    4. Disconnect the plug.

    5. Disconnect the 3 radio connectors.

  1. except Integrated with Panel:

    1. Remove the 4 bolts and the radio receiver.



      2. Yaris. Ncp93, 131

    2. Disconnect the plug.

    3. Disconnect the 2 radio connectors.



7. REMOVE INSTRUMENT CLUSTER CENTER FINISH PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY (except Integrated with Panel)

  1. Disengage the 2 claws and 4 clips and remove the instrument cluster panel center.



8. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL CENTER REGISTER ASSEMBLY


    Yaris. Ncp93, 131

  1. Disengage the 8 claws and remove the instrument panel center register.



9. REMOVE HAZARD WARNING SIGNAL SWITCH ASSEMBLY (Built in Front Passenger Seat Belt Warning Light)


    Yaris. Ncp93, 131

  1. Disengage the 3 claws and remove the hazard warning signal switch.
