Rear Seat Assembly (For Sedan 60/40 Split Seat Type Rh Side) Reassembly

Install the rear seatback lock with the 2 bolts.

Torque:

19 N*m{195 kgf*cm, 14 ft.*lbf}

Using hog ring pliers, install the rear seat back cover with 15 new hog rings.

NOTICE:

1. Do not soil or scratch the rear seat back cover.
   
2. When installing hog hog rings, minimize wrinkles as far as possible.
   

Install the rear seatback frame.

Using hog ring pliers, install 9 new hog rings as shown in the illustration.

Align the protruding portion of the rear seat headrest support with the installation groove of the rear seatback frame.

Engage the 2 claws and install the rear seat headrest support.

Engage the 4 claws and install the rear seat cup holder.

Install the rear seat armrest hinge with the 2 bolts, the 2 spacers.

Torque:

21 N*m{215 kgf*cm, 16 ft.*lbf}

Engage the 3 claws and install the rear seat center armrest hinge cover.

Install the rear seat center armrest with the 2 nuts and the 2 wave washers.

Torque:

33 N*m{335 kgf*cm, 24 ft.*lbf}

Install the rear seatback cover with the 7 clips.

Engage the 2 claws and install the rear seatback lock control bezel.

Insert the pin into the rear seatback frame hole and install the rear center seat shoulder belt guide with the 2 screws.

Install the rear seatback lock release button.

Insert the pin into the rear seatback frame hole and install the rear seat shoulder belt guide with the 2 screws.

Push the lock button of the rear seat headrest support and install the rear seat headrest.

Push the lock button of the rear seat headrest support and install the rear seat headrest.

Using hog ring pliers, install the rear seat cushion cover with 39 new hog rings.

NOTICE:

1. Do not soil or scratch the rear seat cushion cover.
   
2. When installing hog rings, minimize wrinkles as far as possible.
