  1. CHECK FOR TRANSPONDER KEY ECU ASSEMBLY DTC

  1. CHECK FOR ECM DTC

  1. CLEAR TRANSPONDER KEY ECU ASSEMBLY DTC

  1. CLEAR ECM DTC

Engine Immobiliser System (For Hatchback) -- Dtc Check / Clear


HINT:
  1. If the ignition switch cannot be turned to ON, communication with the Techstream can be performed by connecting the Techstream to the vehicle and turning a courtesy light switch on and off at intervals of 1.5 seconds or less until communication between the Techstream and vehicle begins.
  2. Refer to the Techstream operator's manual for further details.

CHECK FOR TRANSPONDER KEY ECU ASSEMBLY DTC

  1. Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.

  2. Turn the ignition switch to ON.

  3. Turn the Techstream on.

  4. Enter the following menus: Body Electrical / Immobiliser / Trouble Codes.

  5. Check for DTCs.


CHECK FOR ECM DTC

  1. Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.

  2. Turn the ignition switch to ON.

  3. Turn the Techstream on.

  4. Enter the following menus: Powertrain / Engine and ECT / Trouble Codes.

  5. Check for DTCs.


CLEAR TRANSPONDER KEY ECU ASSEMBLY DTC

  1. Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.

  2. Turn the ignition switch to ON.

  3. Turn the Techstream on.

  4. Enter the following menus: Body Electrical / Immobiliser / Trouble Codes.

  5. Clear the DTCs.


CLEAR ECM DTC

  1. Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.

  2. Turn the ignition switch to ON.

  3. Turn the Techstream on.

  4. Enter the following menus: Powertrain / Engine and ECT / Trouble Codes.

  5. Clear the DTCs.
