  1. INSTALL BRAKE MASTER CYLINDER RESERVOIR STRAINER

  2. INSTALL BRAKE MASTER CYLINDER RESERVOIR FILLER CAP ASSEMBLY

  3. INSTALL BRAKE MASTER CYLINDER RESERVOIR SUB-ASSEMBLY

Brake Master Cylinder (For Hatchback) -- Reassembly



1. INSTALL BRAKE MASTER CYLINDER RESERVOIR STRAINER


2. INSTALL BRAKE MASTER CYLINDER RESERVOIR FILLER CAP ASSEMBLY


3. INSTALL BRAKE MASTER CYLINDER RESERVOIR SUB-ASSEMBLY

  1. Apply lithium soap base glycol grease to 2 new grommets.

  1. Install the 2 grommets onto the brake master cylinder reservoir sub-assembly.

  1. Install the brake master cylinder reservoir sub-assembly to the master cylinder body.

  1. Fix the brake master cylinder in a vise between aluminum plates.

    NOTICE:
    Do not overtighten the vise.

  1. Using a pin punch 5 mm and a hammer, tap in the straight pin.
