Clutch Pedal (For Sedan) -- Removal |
| 1. REMOVE BRAKE BOOSTER ASSEMBLY |
| 2. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY UPPER |
| 3. REMOVE CLUTCH RESERVOIR TUBE |
Loosen the clip and remove the clutch reservoir tube from the clutch master cylinder assembly.
- HINT:
- Use a container to collect the fluid.
| 4. DISCONNECT CLUTCH MASTER CYLINDER TO FLEXIBLE HOSE TUBE |

Using a union nut wrench, disconnect the flexible hose tube.

- Use a container to collect the fluid.
| 5. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL UNDER COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY NO.1 |
Remove the 2 screws.
 |
Disengage the 3 claws and remove the instrument panel under cover.
| 6. REMOVE CLUTCH MASTER CYLINDER ASSEMBLY |
 |
Remove the 2 nuts and the clutch master cylinder.
| 7. REMOVE CLUTCH PEDAL SUPPORT SUB-ASSEMBLY |
Disconnect the wire harness clamp.
Disconnect the clutch start switch connector.
Remove the bolt and clutch pedal support.
 |
| 8. REMOVE CLUTCH START SWITCH ASSEMBLY |
 |
Remove the nut and clutch start switch.
| 9. REMOVE CLUTCH PEDAL STOPPER BOLT |
 |
Loosen the lock nut and remove the clutch pedal stopper bolt.
| 10. REMOVE CLUTCH PEDAL SPRING |
| 11. REMOVE CLUTCH PEDAL SUB-ASSEMBLY |
 |
Remove the bolt and the nut.
Remove the clutch pedal from the clutch pedal support.
| 12. REMOVE CLUTCH PEDAL PAD |
| 13. REMOVE CLUTCH PEDAL BUSH |
 |
Remove the 2 bushes from the clutch pedal.
Remove the collar from the clutch pedal.
| 14. REMOVE CLUTCH PEDAL NO.1 CUSHION |
 |
Remove the clutch pedal No. 1 cushion from the clutch pedal.
