PERFORM MANUAL SHIFTING TEST
HINT:
  1. This test can be used to determine whether the trouble is occurring in the electrical circuit or is a mechanical problem in the transaxle.
  2. If any abnormalities are found in the following test, the problem is in the transaxle itself.

  1. Disconnect the transmission wire connector.

    HINT:
    It is possible to deactivate the electrical shift control by disconnecting the transmission wire. In this way, it is possible to change gear positions by mechanical shift change using the shift lever.

  2. Drive with the transmission wire disconnected. Shift the shift lever into each position to check whether the gear position changes as shown in the table below.

  3. Connect the transmission wire connector.
