Cruise Control Main Switch (For Sedan) Removal

  1. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

  2. REMOVE STEERING PAD

  3. REMOVE CRUISE CONTROL MAIN SWITCH

Cruise Control Main Switch (For Sedan) -- Removal



1. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
CAUTION:
Wait at least 90 seconds after disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal to disable the SRS system.


2. REMOVE STEERING PAD

  1. Using "Torx" socket wrench T30, loosen the 2 bolts completely.

  1. Pull the steering pad toward you.

  1. Using a thin-bladed screwdriver, release the locking button.

  1. Using a thin-bladed screwdriver, disconnect the 2 connectors.

  1. Detach the horn terminal.



3. REMOVE CRUISE CONTROL MAIN SWITCH

  1. Disconnect the connector.

  1. Remove the 2 screws and remove the cruise control main switch.
