  1. INSTALL LUGGAGE DOOR OPENING SWITCH ASSEMBLY (w/ Smart Key System)

  2. INSTALL LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT DOOR MOULDING CLIP

  3. INSTALL BACK DOOR OUTSIDE GARNISH CLIP

  4. INSTALL BACK DOOR OUTSIDE GARNISH PROTECTOR

  5. INSTALL LOWER BACK DOOR GARNISH MOULDING PROTECTOR

Luggage Compartment Door Outside Garnish -- Reassembly



1. INSTALL LUGGAGE DOOR OPENING SWITCH ASSEMBLY (w/ Smart Key System)


    Corolla. Zre142 Aze141

  1. Install the luggage door opening switch assembly with the 2 screws.



2. INSTALL LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT DOOR MOULDING CLIP


    Corolla. Zre142 Aze141

  1. Install the luggage compartment door moulding clip.

    NOTICE:
    If there is any damage, replace the luggage compartment door moulding clip with a new one.


3. INSTALL BACK DOOR OUTSIDE GARNISH CLIP


    Corolla. Zre142 Aze141

  1. Install the back door outside garnish clip.

    NOTICE:
    If there is any damage, replace the back door outside garnish clip with a new one.
    HINT:
    Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.


4. INSTALL BACK DOOR OUTSIDE GARNISH PROTECTOR

  1. Cut off the shaded part of the back door outside garnish protector in the areas shown by "a" in the illustration.

  1. Wipe off any tape adhesive residue with cleaner.

  1. Remove the release paper from a new back door outside garnish protector.

  1. Install the new back door outside garnish protector to the luggage compartment door outside garnish.



5. INSTALL LOWER BACK DOOR GARNISH MOULDING PROTECTOR

  1. Wipe off any tape adhesive residue with cleaner.

  1. Remove the release paper from the 2 new lower back door garnish moulding protectors.

  1. Install the 2 new lower back door garnish moulding protectors to the luggage compartment door outside garnish.

    HINT:
    Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.
