Front Bumper -- Reassembly |
| 1. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER REINFORCEMENT SUB-ASSEMBLY |
Install the front bumper reinforcement sub-assembly with the 4 nuts.
- Torque:
- 36 N*m{367 kgf*cm, 27 ft.*lbf}
 |
Engage each clamp.
 |
| 2. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER ENERGY ABSORBER |
Engage the 4 guides to install the front bumper energy absorber.
 |
| 3. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER SIDE SUPPORT LH |
Engage the 2 claws and install the front bumper side support LH.
 |
Install the bolt.
| 4. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER SIDE SUPPORT RH |
- HINT:
- Use the same procedure as for the LH side.
| 5. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER HOLE COVER LH (w/o Fog Light) |
Engage the 4 claws to install the front bumper hole cover LH.
 |
| 6. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER HOLE COVER RH (w/o Fog Light) |
- HINT:
- Use the same procedure as for the LH side.
| 7. INSTALL FOG LIGHT COVER LH (w/ Fog Light) |
Engage the 4 claws to install the fog light cover LH.
 |
| 8. INSTALL FOG LIGHT COVER RH (w/ Fog Light) |
- HINT:
- Use the same procedure as for the LH side.
| 9. INSTALL FOG LIGHT ASSEMBLY LH (w/ Fog Light) |
Install the fog light assembly with the 2 screws.
| 10. INSTALL FOG LIGHT ASSEMBLY RH (w/ Fog Light) |
- HINT:
- Use the same procedure as for the LH side.
| 11. INSTALL LOWER RADIATOR GRILLE |
Engage the 17 claws to install the lower radiator grille.
 |
| 12. INSTALL FRONT PANEL EMBLEM |
Engage the 2 claws (B).
 |
Engage the 2 claws (A) to install the front panel emblem.
| 13. INSTALL RADIATOR GRILLE ASSEMBLY |
for Radiator Grille Mesh Type:
Engage the 19 claws and guide, and install the radiator grille assembly.
Install the 6 clips.
for Radiator Grille Bar Type:
Engage the 19 claws and guide, and install the radiator grille assembly.
Install the 6 clips.
| 14. INSTALL HOOD TO FRONT END PANEL SEAL |
Wipe off any tape adhesive residue with cleaner.
Install a new hood to front end panel seal.

Install the 3 clips.
| 15. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER EXTENSION MOUNTING BRACKET (w/ Bracket) |
Engage the 2 claws and install the front bumper extension mounting bracket.
 |
Install the 2 screws.
| 16. INSTALL FRONT SPOILER COVER LH (w/ Front Spoiler) |
Install the front spoiler cover LH with the 7 retainers and clip.
 |
| 17. INSTALL FRONT SPOILER COVER RH (w/ Front Spoiler) |
- HINT:
- Use the same procedure as for the LH side.
