  1. REMOVE FRONT SPOILER COVER LH (w/ Front Spoiler)

  2. REMOVE FRONT SPOILER COVER RH (w/ Front Spoiler)

  3. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER EXTENSION MOUNTING BRACKET (w/ Bracket)

  4. REMOVE HOOD TO FRONT END PANEL SEAL

  5. REMOVE RADIATOR GRILLE ASSEMBLY

  6. REMOVE FRONT PANEL EMBLEM

  7. REMOVE LOWER RADIATOR GRILLE

  8. REMOVE FOG LIGHT ASSEMBLY LH (w/ Fog Light)

  9. REMOVE FOG LIGHT ASSEMBLY RH (w/ Fog Light)

  10. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER HOLE COVER LH (w/o Fog Light)

  11. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER HOLE COVER RH (w/o Fog Light)

  12. REMOVE FOG LIGHT COVER LH (w/ Fog Light)

  13. REMOVE FOG LIGHT COVER RH (w/ Fog Light)

  14. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER SIDE SUPPORT LH

  15. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER SIDE SUPPORT RH

  16. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER ENERGY ABSORBER

  17. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER REINFORCEMENT SUB-ASSEMBLY

Front Bumper -- Disassembly



1. REMOVE FRONT SPOILER COVER LH (w/ Front Spoiler)


    Corolla. Zre142 Aze141

  1. Remove the clip, 7 retainers and front spoiler cover LH.



2. REMOVE FRONT SPOILER COVER RH (w/ Front Spoiler)
HINT:
Use the same procedure as for the LH side.


3. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER EXTENSION MOUNTING BRACKET (w/ Bracket)


    Corolla. Zre142 Aze141

  1. Remove the 2 screws.

  1. Disengage the 2 claws and remove the front bumper extension mounting bracket.



4. REMOVE HOOD TO FRONT END PANEL SEAL

  1. Remove the 3 clips.

  1. Remove the hood to front end panel seal.

5. REMOVE RADIATOR GRILLE ASSEMBLY


  1. for Radiator Grille Mesh Type:



      Corolla. Zre142 Aze141

    1. Remove the 6 clips.



      2. Corolla. Zre142 Aze141

    2. Disengage the 19 claws and guide, and remove the radiator grille assembly.



  1. for Radiator Grille Bar Type:



      Corolla. Zre142 Aze141

    1. Remove the 6 clips.



      2. Corolla. Zre142 Aze141

    2. Disengage the 19 claws and guide, and remove the radiator grille assembly.



6. REMOVE FRONT PANEL EMBLEM

  1. Disengage the 2 claws (A).

  1. Disengage the 2 claws (B) and remove the front panel emblem.



7. REMOVE LOWER RADIATOR GRILLE


    Corolla. Zre142 Aze141

  1. Disengage the 17 claws and remove the lower radiator grille.



8. REMOVE FOG LIGHT ASSEMBLY LH (w/ Fog Light)


    Corolla. Zre142 Aze141

  1. Remove the 2 screws and the fog light assembly.



9. REMOVE FOG LIGHT ASSEMBLY RH (w/ Fog Light)
HINT:
Use the same procedure as for the LH side.


10. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER HOLE COVER LH (w/o Fog Light)


    Corolla. Zre142 Aze141

  1. Disengage the 4 claws and remove the front bumper hole cover LH.



11. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER HOLE COVER RH (w/o Fog Light)
HINT:
Use the same procedure as for the LH side.


12. REMOVE FOG LIGHT COVER LH (w/ Fog Light)


    Corolla. Zre142 Aze141

  1. Disengage the 4 claws and remove the fog light cover LH.



13. REMOVE FOG LIGHT COVER RH (w/ Fog Light)
HINT:
Use the same procedure as for the LH side.


14. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER SIDE SUPPORT LH


    Corolla. Zre142 Aze141

  1. Remove the bolt.

  1. Disengage the 2 claws and remove the front bumper side support LH.



15. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER SIDE SUPPORT RH
HINT:
Use the same procedure as for the LH side.


16. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER ENERGY ABSORBER


    Corolla. Zre142 Aze141

  1. Disengage the 4 guides and remove the front bumper energy absorber.



17. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER REINFORCEMENT SUB-ASSEMBLY


    Corolla. Zre142 Aze141

  1. Disengage each clamp.



    Corolla. Zre142 Aze141

  1. Remove the 4 nuts and front bumper reinforcement sub-assembly.
