  1. REMOVE AIR INLET CONTROL SERVO MOTOR (for Manual Air Conditioning System)

  2. REMOVE AIR INLET CONTROL SERVO MOTOR (for Automatic Air Conditioning System)

  3. REMOVE AIR FILTER CASE

  4. REMOVE CLEAN AIR FILTER

  5. REMOVE BLOWER RESISTOR (for Manual Air Conditioning System)

  6. REMOVE BLOWER MOTOR SUB-ASSEMBLY

Blower Unit -- Disassembly



1. REMOVE AIR INLET CONTROL SERVO MOTOR (for Manual Air Conditioning System)


    Corolla. Zre142 Aze141

  1. Remove the 2 screws and the air inlet control servo motor.



2. REMOVE AIR INLET CONTROL SERVO MOTOR (for Automatic Air Conditioning System)


    Corolla. Zre142 Aze141

  1. Remove the 2 screws and the air inlet control servo motor.



3. REMOVE AIR FILTER CASE


    Corolla. Zre142 Aze141

  1. Disengage the 2 claws and remove the air filter case as shown in the illustration.



4. REMOVE CLEAN AIR FILTER


    Corolla. Zre142 Aze141

  1. Remove the clean air filter as shown in the illustration.



5. REMOVE BLOWER RESISTOR (for Manual Air Conditioning System)


    Corolla. Zre142 Aze141

  1. Remove the 2 screws and the blower resistor.



6. REMOVE BLOWER MOTOR SUB-ASSEMBLY


    Corolla. Zre142 Aze141

  1. Remove the 3 screws and the blower motor sub-assembly.
