Front Seat Assembly (For Power Seat) Disassembly

Remove the 2 seat adjuster cover caps.

Using a screwdriver with the tip taped, disengage the 2 claws and remove the reclining power seat switch knob.

Using a screwdriver with the tip taped, disengage the 4 claws and remove the slide and vertical power seat switch knob.

Remove the 2 hooks.

Remove the 5 screws.

Disengage the claw and the guide and remove the front seat cushion shield assembly.

Remove the screw.

Disengage the 2 claws and remove the No. 1 front seat cushion inner shield.

Remove the 2 screws and the lumbar switch.

Remove the 2 screws and the No. 1 seat track lower spacer.

Remove the 3 screws.

Disconnect the connector and remove the power seat switch.

Disconnect each connector and clamp.

Remove the nut and the front seat inner belt assembly.

Remove the screw.

Disengage the claw and the 2 guides.

Separate the guide and remove the front seat cushion inner shield as shown in the illustration.

Remove the 2 screws and the No. 2 seat track lower spacer.

Remove the 2 clips.

Disengage the 2 hooks.

Disengage the clamp.

Disengage the hooks and the front seat cushion cover with pad.

Remove the 2 front seat cushion edge protectors.

Remove the 10 hog rings and the separate type front seat cushion cover.

Remove the 4 hog rings.

Remove the 3 hog rings.

Turn back the separate type front seatback cover to remove the nut, and separate the bracket of the separate type front seatback cover RH.

Disengage the 4 claws and remove the 2 front seat headrest supports.

Remove the separate type front seatback cover with pad from the front seat frame assembly with adjuster.

Remove the 4 hog rings and the separate type front seatback cover.

Disconnect the connector.

Remove the 2 screws and the lumbar support adjuster assembly.

Remove the 2 screws.

Disengage the guide.

Disengage the clamp and remove the reclining adjuster inside cover LH.

Remove the screw and the reclining adjuster inside cover LH.

Remove the 2 screws.

Disengage the guide.

Disengage the clamp and remove the reclining adjuster inside cover RH.

Remove the screw and the reclining adjuster inside cover RH.

Remove the screw and the front seat lower cushion shield LH.

Remove the screw and the front seat lower cushion shield RH.

Disengage the 2 hooks.

Disengage the claw and 3 wire harness clamps.

Disengage the 2 clamps.

Remove the 2 nuts to remove the front seat side airbag assembly.

CAUTION:

1. The nuts must not be reused.
   
2. Make sure that the front seat frame assembly with adjuster is not deformed. If it is, replace it with a new one.
   

Remove the nut and disconnect the cable from the active headrest upper unit as shown in the illustration.

Remove the 4 nuts and the active headrest upper unit.

Remove the clamp.

Remove the 2 nuts and the active headrest lower unit.

Disconnect the connector.

Using a "TORX" socket wrench (T30), remove the "TORX" screw and seat position sensor with the seat slide position sensor protector.

Remove the seat position sensor from the seat slide position sensor protector as shown in the illustration.

Disconnect the connector.

Disengage the 3 clamps.

Disconnect the 3 connectors.

Disengage the 5 clamps and remove the front seat wire.
