  1. REMOVE OIL PUMP STRAINER

  2. REMOVE OIL PUMP RELIEF VALVE

  3. REMOVE OIL PUMP COVER

Oil Pump -- Disassembly



1. REMOVE OIL PUMP STRAINER

  1. Remove the 2 nuts, oil pump strainer and gasket.



2. REMOVE OIL PUMP RELIEF VALVE


    Corolla. Zre142 Aze141.2Az-Fe Lubrication.Lubrication System.Oil Pump Disassembly

  1. Using a 27 mm socket wrench, remove the plug.

  1. Remove the valve spring and relief valve.



3. REMOVE OIL PUMP COVER


    Corolla. Zre142 Aze141.2Az-Fe Lubrication.Lubrication System.Oil Pump Disassembly

  1. Remove the 5 bolts and oil pump cover.

  1. Remove the oil pump drive and driven rotors from the oil pump.
