  3. INSPECT FOR OIL LEAK

Pcv Valve -- Installation



1. INSTALL VENTILATION VALVE SUB-ASSEMBLY


    Corolla. Zre142 Aze141.2Az-Fe Emission Control.Emission Control System.Pcv Valve Installation

  1. Apply adhesive to 2 or 3 threads of the ventilation valve.

    Adhesive:
    Toyota genuine adhesive 1324, three bond 1324 or equivalent


    Corolla. Zre142 Aze141.2Az-Fe Emission Control.Emission Control System.Pcv Valve Installation

  1. Using a 22 mm deep socket wrench, install the ventilation valve.

    Torque:
    19 N*m{194 kgf*cm, 14 ft.*lbf}

  1. Connect the ventilation hose.



2. INSTALL NO. 1 ENGINE COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY


    Corolla. Zre142 Aze141

  1. Install the No. 1 engine cover sub-assembly with the 2 nuts.



3. INSPECT FOR OIL LEAK
