    		Battery voltage is not applied between terminals 2B-10 and 2B-9
    		10 kΩ or higher

    		Battery voltage is applied between terminals 2B-10 and 2B-9
    		Below 1 Ω
    If the resistance is not as specified, replace the instrument panel junction block.
