  1. Check the resistance.

    1. Using an ohmmeter, measure the resistance between the terminals.

      Standard Resistance:
      Tester Connection
      		Condition
      		Specified Condition
      HT1B - +B
      		20 °C (68 °F)
      		11 to 16 Ω
      HT1B - E2
      		-
      		10 kΩ or higher
      If the resistance is not as specified, replace the heated oxygen sensor.
