Wiper Relay Removal

  1. REMOVE FRONT DOOR SCUFF PLATE RH

  2. REMOVE COWL SIDE TRIM SUB-ASSEMBLY RH

  3. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL NO. 2 UNDER COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY

  4. REMOVE LOWER INSTRUMENT PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY

  5. REMOVE WINDSHIELD WIPER RELAY ASSEMBLY

Wiper Relay -- Removal



1. REMOVE FRONT DOOR SCUFF PLATE RH
HINT:
Use the same procedures for the RH side and the LH side.


2. REMOVE COWL SIDE TRIM SUB-ASSEMBLY RH
HINT:
Use the same procedures for the RH side and the LH side.


3. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL NO. 2 UNDER COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY


    Camry. Acv40 Gsv40.Wiper And Washer.Wiper And Washer System.Wiper Relay Removal

  1. Disengage the 4 claws.

  1. Disengage the 2 guides and remove the No. 2 under cover sub-assembly.



4. REMOVE LOWER INSTRUMENT PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY

  1. Remove the bolt <A>.



    Camry. Acv40 Gsv40.Wiper And Washer.Wiper And Washer System.Wiper Relay Removal

  1. Remove the 4 screws <B>.

  1. Disengage the 3 claws and 3 clips, and then remove the lower instrument panel sub-assembly.



5. REMOVE WINDSHIELD WIPER RELAY ASSEMBLY


    Camry. Acv40 Gsv40

  1. Disconnect the connector.

  1. Remove the nut and the windshield wiper relay assembly.
