Rear Combination Light Assembly Reassembly

Body Electrical. Camry. Acv40 Gsv40

  1. INSTALL REAR LIGHT GASKET

  2. INSTALL TAIL LIGHT BULB (w/o Rear Fog Light)

  3. INSTALL REAR FOG LIGHT BULB (w/ Rear Fog Light)

  4. INSTALL BACK UP LIGHT BULB

  5. INSTALL REAR BUMPER RETAINER UPPER

  6. INSTALL REAR TURN SIGNAL LIGHT BULB

  7. INSTALL TAIL AND STOP LIGHT BULB

  8. INSTALL REAR COMBINATION LIGHT GASKET

Rear Combination Light Assembly -- Reassembly



1. INSTALL REAR LIGHT GASKET


    Camry. Acv40 Gsv40

  1. Install the new rear light gasket.

    NOTICE:
    1. Be sure to remove all traces of the old gasket from the body.
    2. Do not reuse the removed gasket. Be sure to install a new rear light gasket to prevent water ingress.


2. INSTALL TAIL LIGHT BULB (w/o Rear Fog Light)

  1. Install the tail light bulb to the rear light socket and wire.



    Camry. Acv40 Gsv40

  1. Turn the tail light bulb and rear light socket and wire in the direction indicated by the arrow and install them as a unit.



3. INSTALL REAR FOG LIGHT BULB (w/ Rear Fog Light)

  1. Install the rear fog light bulb to the rear light socket and wire.

  1. Turn the rear fog light bulb and rear light socket and wire in the direction indicated by the arrow and install them as a unit.



4. INSTALL BACK UP LIGHT BULB

  1. Install the back up light bulb to the rear light socket and wire.

  1. Turn the back up light bulb and rear light socket and wire in the direction indicated by the arrow and install them as a unit.



5. INSTALL REAR BUMPER RETAINER UPPER


    Camry. Acv40 Gsv40

  1. Engage the claw and install the rear bumper retainer upper.



6. INSTALL REAR TURN SIGNAL LIGHT BULB

  1. Install the rear turn signal light bulb to the rear turn signal light socket.



    Camry. Acv40 Gsv40

  1. Turn the rear turn signal light bulb and rear turn signal light socket in the direction indicated by the arrow and install them as a unit.



7. INSTALL TAIL AND STOP LIGHT BULB

  1. Install the tail and stop light bulb to the tail and stop light socket.

  1. Turn the tail and stop light bulb and tail and stop light socket in the direction indicated by the arrow and install them as a unit.



8. INSTALL REAR COMBINATION LIGHT GASKET


    Camry. Acv40 Gsv40.Lighting.Lighting System.Rear Combination Light Assembly Reassembly

  1. Install the new rear combination light gasket.

    NOTICE:
    1. Be sure to remove all traces of the old gasket from the body.
    2. Do not reuse the removed gasket. Be sure to install a new rear combination light gasket to prevent water ingress.
