INSPECTION PROCEDURE
- NOTICE:
- If the certification ECU (smart key ECU assembly) is replaced, register all the keys.

Clear the DTCs (CAMRY_ACV40 RM000001GV802CX.html).
Recheck for DTCs (CAMRY_ACV40 RM000001GV802CX.html).
- OK:
- B2784 output does not recur.

| 2.CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (CERTIFICATION ECU - ENGINE SWITCH) |
Disconnect the certification ECU (smart key ECU assembly) connector.
Disconnect the engine switch connector.
 |
Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
- Standard Resistance:
Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition E74-8 (TXCT) - E70-9 (TXCT) Always Below 1 Ω E74-9 (CODE) - E70-10 (CODE) Always Below 1 Ω E74-8 (TXCT) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher E74-9 (CODE) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher

Replace the engine switch (CAMRY_ACV40 RM0000026WR00UX.html).
