  1. INSTALL CONTROL KNOB SUB-ASSEMBLY (for Automatic Air Conditioning System)

  2. INSTALL AIR CONDITIONING PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY (for Automatic Air Conditioning System)

Air Conditioning Control Assembly -- Reassembly



1. INSTALL CONTROL KNOB SUB-ASSEMBLY (for Automatic Air Conditioning System)
NOTICE:
When disassembling the air conditioning control assembly, eliminate static electricity by touching the vehicle body to prevent the components from being damaged.


  1. Driver Side:

    1. Engage the dual push switch with dial on the heater control base sub-assembly.



      2. Camry. Acv40 Gsv40

    2. Engage the 3 claws.



      3. Camry. Acv40 Gsv40

    3. Engage the 3 claws and install the control knob sub-assembly.



  1. Passenger Side:



      Camry. Acv40 Gsv40

    1. Engage the 3 claws and install the control knob sub-assembly.

  1. Install the heater control base sub-assembly with the 5 screws.

  1. Engage the 4 claws and install the control panel case.



2. INSTALL AIR CONDITIONING PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY (for Automatic Air Conditioning System)

  1. Engage the 4 claws and install the ornament.



    Camry. Acv40 Gsv40

  1. Engage the 4 claws.

  1. Install the air conditioning panel sub-assembly with the 5 screws.
