High Pitched Horn (W/ Hood Moulding) Installation
Horn. Toyota Rav4. Aca30, 33, 38 Gsa33 Zsa30, 35
INSTALL HIGH PITCHED HORN ASSEMBLY
INSTALL FRONT BUMPER COVER
INSTALL FRONT FENDER FRONT SPLASH SHIELD LH (w/ Diffuser)
INSTALL FRONT FENDER FRONT SPLASH SHIELD RH (w/ Diffuser)
INSTALL RADIATOR GRILLE PROTECTOR
INSTALL RADIATOR SUPPORT OPENING COVER
High Pitched Horn (W/ Hood Moulding) -- Installation |
| 1. INSTALL HIGH PITCHED HORN ASSEMBLY |
Install the horn with the bolt.
- Torque:
- 23 N*m{235 kgf*cm, 17 ft.*lbf}
Connect the horn connector.
| 2. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER COVER |
w/ Headlight Cleaner System:
Connect the headlight cleaner hose.
Connect the 2 fog light connectors.
Attach the 4 claws to install the front bumper cover.
w/ Diffuser:
Install the 4 clips and 8 screws.
w/o Diffuser:
Install the 4 clips and 8 screws.
Position the groove on the pin hold clip vertically and insert the clip to install it.
- NOTICE:
- Make sure that the groove on the pin hold clip is positioned vertically.
- HINT:
- Use the same procedure for the RH and LH sides.
| 3. INSTALL FRONT FENDER FRONT SPLASH SHIELD LH (w/ Diffuser) |
Install the front fender front splash shield with the nut, bolt and screw.
| 4. INSTALL FRONT FENDER FRONT SPLASH SHIELD RH (w/ Diffuser) |
- HINT:
- Use the same procedure described for the LH side.
| 5. INSTALL RADIATOR GRILLE PROTECTOR |
Install the 3 radiator grille protectors.
| 6. INSTALL RADIATOR SUPPORT OPENING COVER |
Install the radiator support opening cover with the 9 clips.
