Navigation Receiver (For Hdd) Removal

  1. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

  2. REMOVE NO. 2 INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL CENTER

  3. REMOVE NO. 1 INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL CENTER

  4. REMOVE NAVIGATION RECEIVER ASSEMBLY WITH BRACKET

  5. REMOVE NO. 1 RADIO BRACKET

  6. REMOVE NO. 2 RADIO BRACKET

Navigation Receiver (For Hdd) -- Removal



1. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
NOTICE:
After the ignition switch is turned off, the HDD navigation system requires approximately a minute to record various types of memory and settings. As a result, after turning the ignition switch off, wait a minute or more before disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal.


2. REMOVE NO. 2 INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL CENTER

  1. Using a moulding remover, detach the 3 clips and 2 claws, and then remove the cluster finish panel.

  1. Disconnect the connector.



3. REMOVE NO. 1 INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL CENTER

  1. Using a moulding remover, detach the 3 clips and 2 claws, and then remove the cluster finish panel.

  1. Disconnect the connector.



4. REMOVE NAVIGATION RECEIVER ASSEMBLY WITH BRACKET

  1. Remove the 4 bolts.



  1. Pull the navigation receiver to detach the 2 claws and 4 clips on the backside of the navigation receiver.

  1. Disconnect all connectors and remove the radio navigation with bracket.



5. REMOVE NO. 1 RADIO BRACKET


    Toyota Rav4. Aca30, 33, 38 Gsa33 Zsa30, 35

  1. Remove the 4 screws and No. 1 radio bracket from the radio receiver.



6. REMOVE NO. 2 RADIO BRACKET


    Toyota Rav4. Aca30, 33, 38 Gsa33 Zsa30, 35

  1. Remove the 4 screws and No. 2 radio bracket from the radio receiver.
