  1. REMOVE REAR DOOR SCUFF PLATE RH

  2. REMOVE REAR DOOR OPENING TRIM WEATHERSTRIP RH

  3. REMOVE REAR FLOOR NO. 1 BOARD

  4. REMOVE DECK BOARD ASSEMBLY

  5. REMOVE REAR FLOOR NO. 3 BOARD

  6. REMOVE REAR FLOOR NO. 2 BOARD

  7. REMOVE JACK CARRIER ASSEMBLY

  8. REMOVE REAR FLOOR NO. 1 MAT SUPPORT SIDE PLATE

  9. REMOVE REAR FLOOR FINISH PLATE

  10. REMOVE RECLINING REMOTE CONTROL LEVER BEZEL RH

  11. REMOVE CHILD RESTRAINT SEAT TETHER ANCHOR COVER

  12. REMOVE CHILD RESTRAINT SEAT TETHER ANCHOR BRACKET

  13. REMOVE DECK TRIM SIDE PANEL ASSEMBLY RH

  14. REMOVE INNER ROOF SIDE GARNISH ASSEMBLY RH

  15. REMOVE DOOR CONTROL RECEIVER

Door Control Receiver (For Short Body) -- Removal



1. REMOVE REAR DOOR SCUFF PLATE RH


Toyota Rav4. Aca30, 33, 38 Gsa33 Zsa30, 35

  1. Using a screwdriver, detach the 8 claws and remove the scuff plate.

    HINT:
    Tape the screwdriver tip before use.


2. REMOVE REAR DOOR OPENING TRIM WEATHERSTRIP RH


3. REMOVE REAR FLOOR NO. 1 BOARD


4. REMOVE DECK BOARD ASSEMBLY


5. REMOVE REAR FLOOR NO. 3 BOARD


6. REMOVE REAR FLOOR NO. 2 BOARD


7. REMOVE JACK CARRIER ASSEMBLY

  1. Using a clip remover, remove the 7 clips and remove the jack carrier.



8. REMOVE REAR FLOOR NO. 1 MAT SUPPORT SIDE PLATE

  1. Remove the 4 screws.

  1. Using a clip remover, detach the 7 clips and remove the plate.



9. REMOVE REAR FLOOR FINISH PLATE

  1. Using a clip remover, detach the 6 clips and remove the finish plate.



10. REMOVE RECLINING REMOTE CONTROL LEVER BEZEL RH

  1. Using a screwdriver, detach the 6 claws and remove the bezel.

    HINT:
    Tape the screwdriver tip before use.


11. REMOVE CHILD RESTRAINT SEAT TETHER ANCHOR COVER

  1. Using a screwdriver, detach the 4 claws and remove the cover.

    HINT:
    Tape the screwdriver tip before use.


12. REMOVE CHILD RESTRAINT SEAT TETHER ANCHOR BRACKET

  1. Remove the bolt, 2 washers, collar and bracket.



13. REMOVE DECK TRIM SIDE PANEL ASSEMBLY RH

  1. Disconnect the rear No. 1 seat belt's floor anchor.

    1. Remove the anchor cover.

    2. Remove the bolt and disconnect the floor anchor.

  1. Remove the bolt and 2 screws.

  1. Using a screwdriver, detach the 5 claws.

    HINT:
    Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

  1. Using a clip remover, detach the 5 clips and remove the trim board.

  1. Remove the belt hanger.



14. REMOVE INNER ROOF SIDE GARNISH ASSEMBLY RH

  1. Using a clip remover, detach the 7 clips and remove the garnish.



15. REMOVE DOOR CONTROL RECEIVER

  1. Disconnect the receiver connector.

  1. Remove the bolt and receiver.
