1. INSPECT STARTER CUT RELAY

Using an ohmmeter, measure the resistance between each terminal.

  • Standard resistance:
  • Tester ConnectionSpecified Condition
    3-510 MΩ or higher
    3-5Below 1 Ω (when battery voltage is applied to terminals 1 and 2)

If the result is not as specified, replace the relay.
