Clutch Pedal (For Lhd) -- Reassembly |
| 1. INSTALL PEDAL SPRING HOOK |
 |
Apply MP grease to the contact surface of the hook.
Install the hook.
| 2. INSTALL CLUTCH PEDAL TURNOVER BUSH |
 |
Apply MP grease to the contact surface of the bush.
Install the bush.
Install the 2 cushions to the clutch pedal.
| 3. INSTALL CLUTCH PEDAL SPRING WITH HOOK |
 |
Apply MP grease to the contact surface of the hook.
Install the hook to the clutch pedal.
| 4. INSTALL COLLAR |
 |
Apply MP grease to both sides of a new collar and 2 new bushes.
Install the collar.
Install the 2 bushes.
| 5. INSTALL CLUTCH PEDAL SUB-ASSEMBLY |
 |
Install the clutch pedal to the clutch pedal support with the bolt and nut.
- Torque:
- 37 N*m{377 kgf*cm, 27 ft.*lbf}
- HINT:
- Install the bolt from the right side of the vehicle.
Install the clutch pedal return spring.

| 6. INSTALL CLUTCH PEDAL SPRING HOLDER |
 |
Apply MP grease to the contact surface of the clutch pedal spring holder.
Install the clutch pedal spring holder.
| 7. INSTALL CLUTCH PEDAL SPRING |
 |
Apply MP grease to the contact surface of the clutch pedal.
Install the spring.
| 8. INSTALL CLUTCH START SWITCH ASSEMBLY (w/ Entry and Start System) |
Install the clutch start switch with the nut.
- Torque:
- 16 N*m{160 kgf*cm, 12 ft.*lbf}
Connect the clutch start switch connector.
| 9. INSTALL CLUTCH SWITCH ASSEMBLY (w/ Cruise Control System) |
Install the clutch switch with the nut.
- Torque:
- 16 N*m{160 kgf*cm, 12 ft.*lbf}
Connect the clutch switch connector.
