  1. INSTALL LOWER NO. 1 RADIATOR GRILLE

  2. INSTALL NO. 2 ENGINE ROOM WIRE (w/ TOYOTA Parking Assist-sensor System)

  3. INSTALL NO. 1 ULTRASONIC SENSOR RETAINER (w/ TOYOTA Parking Assist-sensor System)

  4. INSTALL NO. 1 ULTRASONIC SENSOR (w/ TOYOTA Parking Assist-sensor System)

  5. INSTALL HEADLIGHT WASHER ACTUATOR SUB-ASSEMBLY LH (w/ Headlight Cleaner System)

  6. INSTALL HEADLIGHT WASHER ACTUATOR SUB-ASSEMBLY RH (w/ Headlight Cleaner System)

  7. INSTALL NO. 1 HEADLIGHT CLEANER HOSE (w/ Headlight Cleaner System)

  8. INSTALL TYPE 1 HEADLIGHT WASHER NOZZLE SUB-ASSEMBLY LH (w/ Headlight Cleaner System)

Front Bumper -- Reassembly



1. INSTALL LOWER NO. 1 RADIATOR GRILLE

  1. Attach the 18 claws to install the lower No. 1 radiator grille.



2. INSTALL NO. 2 ENGINE ROOM WIRE (w/ TOYOTA Parking Assist-sensor System)

  1. Attach the 7 clamps to install the No. 2 engine room wire.



3. INSTALL NO. 1 ULTRASONIC SENSOR RETAINER (w/ TOYOTA Parking Assist-sensor System)

HINT:
Use the same procedure to install the No. 1 ultrasonic sensor retainer on the other side.

  1. Align the keyhole and protrusion as shown in the illustration.

  1. Install the No. 1 ultrasonic sensor retainer to the front bumper cover.

    NOTICE:
    Do not damage the bumper cover with the protrusion when installing the retainer.

4. INSTALL NO. 1 ULTRASONIC SENSOR (w/ TOYOTA Parking Assist-sensor System)
HINT:
Use the same procedure to install the No. 1 ultrasonic sensor on the other side.

  1. Attach the 2 claws to install the No. 1 ultrasonic sensor.

  1. Connect the connector.



5. INSTALL HEADLIGHT WASHER ACTUATOR SUB-ASSEMBLY LH (w/ Headlight Cleaner System)

  1. Attach the 2 claws to install the headlight washer actuator sub-assembly LH as shown in the illustration.

  1. Push up the headlight cleaner clamp B to install it.

  1. Install the headlight washer actuator sub-assembly LH with the headlight cleaner clamp as shown in the illustration.

6. INSTALL HEADLIGHT WASHER ACTUATOR SUB-ASSEMBLY RH (w/ Headlight Cleaner System)
HINT:
Use the same procedure described for the LH side.


7. INSTALL NO. 1 HEADLIGHT CLEANER HOSE (w/ Headlight Cleaner System)

  1. Attach the 5 clamps to install the No. 1 headlight cleaner hose to the front bumper cover.

  1. Connect the No. 1 headlight cleaner hose to the headlight washer actuator sub-assembly.



8. INSTALL TYPE 1 HEADLIGHT WASHER NOZZLE SUB-ASSEMBLY LH (w/ Headlight Cleaner System)

  1. Connect a new washer nozzle sub-assembly to the washer hose.

  1. Attach the 2 claws to install the washer nozzle sub-assembly.



9. INSTALL TYPE 1 HEADLIGHT WASHER NOZZLE SUB-ASSEMBLY RH (w/ Headlight Cleaner System)
HINT:
Use the same procedure described for the LH side.


10. INSTALL FOG LIGHT COVER LH (w/ Fog Light)

  1. Attach the 3 clips to install the fog light cover LH.

  1. Install the screw.



11. INSTALL FOG LIGHT COVER RH (w/ Fog Light)
HINT:
Use the same procedure described for the LH side.


12. INSTALL FOG LIGHT ASSEMBLY LH (w/ Fog Light)

  1. Attach the 2 guides to install the fog light assembly LH.

  1. Install the 2 screws.

  1. Connect the connector.



13. INSTALL FOG LIGHT ASSEMBLY RH (w/ Fog Light)
HINT:
Use the same procedure described for the LH side.


14. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER REINFORCEMENT STOPPER RH (w/ Fog Light)

  1. Attach the 2 claws to install the front bumper reinforcement stopper RH.



15. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER HOLE COVER LH (w/o Fog Light)

  1. Attach the 3 clips to install the front bumper hole cover LH.

  1. Install the screw.



16. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER HOLE COVER RH (w/o Fog Light)
HINT:
Use the same procedure described for the LH side.


17. INSTALL FRONT SPOILER LH (w/ Front Spoiler)

  1. Install the front spoiler LH with the 2 front spoiler No. 1 retainers.



18. INSTALL FRONT SPOILER RH (w/ Front Spoiler)
HINT:
Use the same procedure described for the LH side.


19. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER EXTENSION MOUNTING BRACKET (w/ Bracket)

  1. Install the front bumper extension mounting bracket with the 2 screws.
