  1. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER BAR REINFORCEMENT LH

  2. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER BAR REINFORCEMENT LH

  3. INSTALL HEADLIGHT LEVELING MOTOR BASE PACKING

  4. INSTALL HEADLIGHT LEVELING MOTOR LH (w/ Headlight Leveling)

  5. INSTALL FRONT TURN SIGNAL LIGHT BULB

  6. INSTALL CLEARANCE LIGHT BULB

  7. INSTALL NO. 2 HEADLIGHT BULB

  8. INSTALL NO. 1 HEADLIGHT BULB

Headlight Assembly (For Halogen Headlight) -- Reassembly


HINT:
  1. Use the same procedure for the RH and LH sides.
  2. The procedure listed below is for the LH side.


1. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER BAR REINFORCEMENT LH

  1. Install the front bumper bar reinforcement LH with the 2 screws.



2. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER BAR REINFORCEMENT LH

  1. Install the front bumper bar reinforcement LH with the 2 screws.



3. INSTALL HEADLIGHT LEVELING MOTOR BASE PACKING

  1. Install a new headlight leveling motor base packing to the headlight unit LH.



4. INSTALL HEADLIGHT LEVELING MOTOR LH (w/ Headlight Leveling)

  1. Insert the headlight leveling motor LH and turn the aiming screw in the direction of the arrow shown in the illustration to install the headlight leveling motor LH.

  1. Rotate the headlight leveling motor LH in the direction of the arrow shown in the illustration and attach the claw.



5. INSTALL FRONT TURN SIGNAL LIGHT BULB

  1. Install the front turn signal light bulb to the front turn signal light bulb socket.

  1. Turn the front turn signal light bulb socket with the front turn signal light bulb in the direction indicated by the arrow to install them as a unit.



6. INSTALL CLEARANCE LIGHT BULB

  1. Install the clearance light bulb to the clearance light bulb socket.

  1. Turn the clearance light bulb socket with the clearance light bulb in the direction indicated by the arrow to install them as a unit.



7. INSTALL NO. 2 HEADLIGHT BULB


    Land Cruiser, Land Cruiser Prado. Grj150 Trj150,155 Kdj150,155 Lj150, Gdj150,155

  1. Turn the No. 2 headlight bulb in the direction indicated by the arrow to install it.

    NOTICE:
    Do not touch the glass part of the bulb.


8. INSTALL NO. 1 HEADLIGHT BULB


    Land Cruiser, Land Cruiser Prado. Grj150 Trj150,155 Kdj150,155 Lj150, Gdj150,155

  1. Turn the No. 1 headlight bulb in the direction indicated by the arrow to install it.

    NOTICE:
    Do not touch the glass part of the bulb.
