Heater Assembly Disassembly


  1. REMOVE AIR DUCT

  2. REMOVE HEATER WATER HOSE

  3. REMOVE WATER HOSE SUB-ASSEMBLY C (for Dual Air Conditioning System)

  4. REMOVE HEATER WATER HOSE INLET K (for Single Air Conditioning System)

Heater Assembly -- Disassembly



1. REMOVE AIR DUCT

  1. Remove the screw and air duct.



2. REMOVE HEATER WATER HOSE

  1. Using pliers, grip the claw of the clip and slide the clip to disconnect the heater hose.

    NOTICE:
    1. Do not apply excessive force to the hose.
    2. Prepare a drain pan or cloth in case the coolant leaks.


3. REMOVE WATER HOSE SUB-ASSEMBLY C (for Dual Air Conditioning System)

  1. Using pliers, grip the claw of the clip and slide the clip to disconnect the water hose sub-assembly C.

    NOTICE:
    1. Do not apply excessive force to the hose.
    2. Prepare a drain pan or cloth in case the coolant leaks.


4. REMOVE HEATER WATER HOSE INLET K (for Single Air Conditioning System)

  1. Using pliers, grip the claw of the clip and slide the clip to disconnect the heater water hose inlet K.

    NOTICE:
    1. Do not apply excessive force to the hose.
    2. Prepare a drain pan or cloth in case the coolant leaks.
