  2. INSTALL SEPARATE TYPE FRONT SEAT CUSHION COVER

  3. INSTALL SEAT CUSHION COVER WITH PAD

  4. INSTALL FRONT SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY LH

  5. INSTALL FRONT SEAT INNER CUSHION SHIELD LH

  6. INSTALL FRONT SEAT INNER CUSHION SHIELD RH (for Front Passenger Side)

  7. INSTALL LUMBAR SWITCH ASSEMBLY (for Driver Side)

  8. INSTALL FRONT POWER SEAT SWITCH LH

  9. INSTALL FRONT SEAT CUSHION SHIELD LH

  10. INSTALL RECLINING POWER SEAT SWITCH KNOB

  11. INSTALL SLIDE AND VERTICAL POWER SEAT SWITCH KNOB

Front Seat Cushion Heater (For Power Seat) -- Installation


CAUTION:
Wear protective gloves. Sharp areas on the parts may injure your hands.
HINT:
  1. Use the same procedure for RHD and LHD vehicles.
  2. The procedure listed below is for LHD vehicles.
  3. Use the same procedure for the RH and LH sides.
  4. The procedure listed below is for the LH side.


1. INSTALL FRONT SEAT CUSHION HEATER ASSEMBLY LH

  1. Set the seat cushion heater with the name stamp side facing the seat cushion cover.

  1. Install the seat cushion heater with new tack pins.



2. INSTALL SEPARATE TYPE FRONT SEAT CUSHION COVER

  1. Set the separate type front seat cushion cover in place.

  1. Using hog ring pliers, install the separate type front seat cushion cover to the separate type front seat cushion pad with 15 new hog rings.

    NOTICE:
    1. Be careful not to damage the separate type front seat cushion cover.
    2. Be sure to securely install the hog rings as shown in the illustration while preventing wrinkles from forming on the separate type front seat cushion cover.

  1. Type A:

    1. Using hog ring pliers, connect the straps with new hog rings.

  1. Type B:

    1. Connect the straps with new tack pins.

3. INSTALL SEAT CUSHION COVER WITH PAD

  1. Install the seat cushion cover with pad.

  1. for Front Passenger Side:
    Attach the claw to connect the connector.

  1. Attach the hooks.

  1. Connect the seat heater connector and attach the 3 wire harness clamps.

  1. Attach the 2 hooks.

  1. w/ Front Seat Side Airbag:

    1. Connect the airbag wire harness.

    2. Attach the fastening tape to close the cover.

  1. Connect the seat heater connector and attach the wire harness clamp.

  1. Install the rubber band to the seat cushion spring.



4. INSTALL FRONT SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY LH

  1. for Driver Side:

  1. for Front Passenger Side:
    (LandCruiser RM000003RQL025X_01_0006.html)



5. INSTALL FRONT SEAT INNER CUSHION SHIELD LH

  1. Attach the 3 claws to install the front seat inner cushion shield LH.



6. INSTALL FRONT SEAT INNER CUSHION SHIELD RH (for Front Passenger Side)

  1. Attach the 4 claws to install the front seat inner cushion shield RH.



7. INSTALL LUMBAR SWITCH ASSEMBLY (for Driver Side)

  1. Connect the lumbar switch connector.

  1. Attach the 2 claws to install the lumbar switch.



8. INSTALL FRONT POWER SEAT SWITCH LH

  1. w/ Seat Memory System:
    Connect the 2 power seat switch connectors.

  1. w/o Seat Memory System:
    Connect the power seat switch connector.

  1. Install the front power seat switch LH with 3 screws.



9. INSTALL FRONT SEAT CUSHION SHIELD LH

  1. Attach the 3 wire harness clamps and connect the seat wire connector.

  1. Attach the 3 claws to close the wire harness cover.



  1. Remove the clip attached to the separate type front seat cushion spring assembly and install it to the front seat cushion shield LH.

  1. Attach the 2 clips, 3 claws and guide.

  1. Attach the guide of the front seat No. 1 inner cushion shield LH and install the screw.

  1. Connect the lifter motor connector.



10. INSTALL RECLINING POWER SEAT SWITCH KNOB

  1. Attach the 2 claws to install the reclining power seat switch knob.



11. INSTALL SLIDE AND VERTICAL POWER SEAT SWITCH KNOB

  1. Attach the 2 claws to install the slide and vertical power seat switch knob.



12. INSTALL FRONT SEAT ASSEMBLY

  1. Install the front seat assembly (LandCruiser RM00000466Z00XX.html).
