DTC B157E Bluetooth Antenna Disconnected


DESCRIPTION

This DTC is stored when a malfunction occurs in the "Bluetooth" antenna which is connected to the navigation ECU.
The "Bluetooth" antenna is built into the radio and display receiver assembly.

INSPECTION PROCEDURE

1.CHECK ANTENNA CORD SUB-ASSEMBLY (for "Bluetooth" / "Wi-Fi" Function)
  1. Replace the antenna cord sub-assembly (for "Bluetooth" / "Wi-Fi" function) with a known good one (LandCruiser RM000004OAH00PX.html).

  1. Clear the DTCs (LandCruiser RM0000011BU0W8X.html).

  1. Check for DTCs (LandCruiser RM0000011BU0W8X.html).

    OK:
    No DTCs are output.

Go to step 2

END (ANTENNA CORD SUB-ASSEMBLY [for "Bluetooth" / "Wi-Fi" Function] IS DEFECTIVE)

2.CHECK RADIO AND DISPLAY RECEIVER ASSEMBLY
  1. Replace the radio and display receiver assembly with a known good one (LandCruiser RM000003AHY02NX.html).

  1. Clear the DTCs (LandCruiser RM0000011BU0W8X.html).

  1. Check for DTCs (LandCruiser RM0000011BU0W8X.html).

    OK:
    No DTCs are output.

REPLACE NAVIGATION ECU (LandCruiser RM000004OAH00PX.html)
