Radio Receiver (For Radio Receiver Type) Removal


  1. REMOVE INTEGRATION CONTROL AND PANEL ASSEMBLY

  2. REMOVE CENTER INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL ASSEMBLY

  3. REMOVE RADIO RECEIVER ASSEMBLY

  4. REMOVE NO. 1 RADIO BRACKET

  5. REMOVE NO. 2 RADIO BRACKET

Radio Receiver (For Radio Receiver Type) -- Removal


HINT:
  1. Use the same procedure for RHD and LHD vehicles.
  2. The procedure listed below is for LHD vehicles.


1. REMOVE INTEGRATION CONTROL AND PANEL ASSEMBLY

  1. Detach the 4 clips.

  1. Disconnect the connector and remove the integration control and panel assembly.



2. REMOVE CENTER INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL ASSEMBLY


    Land Cruiser, Land Cruiser Prado. Grj150 Trj150,155 Kdj150,155 Lj150, Gdj150,155
  1. Detach the 10 clips and remove the center instrument cluster finish panel assembly.



3. REMOVE RADIO RECEIVER ASSEMBLY


    Land Cruiser, Land Cruiser Prado. Grj150 Trj150,155 Kdj150,155 Lj150, Gdj150,155
  1. Remove the 4 bolts.

  1. Pull the radio receiver assembly to detach the 2 guides on the backside of the radio receiver assembly.

  1. Disconnect each connector and remove the radio receiver assembly.



4. REMOVE NO. 1 RADIO BRACKET


    Land Cruiser, Land Cruiser Prado. Grj150 Trj150,155 Kdj150,155 Lj150, Gdj150,155
  1. Remove the 3 screws and No. 1 radio bracket.



5. REMOVE NO. 2 RADIO BRACKET


    Land Cruiser, Land Cruiser Prado. Grj150 Trj150,155 Kdj150,155 Lj150, Gdj150,155
  1. Remove the 3 screws and No. 2 radio bracket.
