DESCRIPTION

  1. *1: w/ Navigation System (for Navigation Receiver Type)
  2. *2: w/ Navigation System (for Radio and Display Type) or w/o Navigation System
The navigation receiver assembly*1 or radio and display receiver assembly*2 and television display assembly are connected by the AVC-LAN communication line.
When an AVC-LAN communication error occurs between the navigation receiver assembly*1 or radio and display receiver assembly*2 and television display assembly, this DTC will be stored.

  1. The television display assembly is/was not connected while the ignition switch is ON or ACC.
  2. Communication between the master unit and the television display assembly is not possible when the engine is started.

  4. Radio and display receiver assembly*2
  5. Harness or connector
HINT:
  1. Even if no fault is present, this DTC may be stored depending on the battery condition or engine start voltage.
  2. The navigation receiver assembly*1 or radio and display receiver assembly*2 is the master unit.

NOTICE:
Inspect the fuses and relays for circuits related to this system before performing the following inspection procedure.
1.CHECK FOR DTC

  1. Clear the DTCs (LandCruiser RM000003XO003FX.html).

  1. Check for DTCs (LandCruiser RM000003XO003FX.html).

    OK:
    DTC B15D5 is not output.

USE SIMULATION METHOD TO CHECK (LandCruiser RM000003YMJ00XX.html)

2.CHECK CONNECTOR CONNECTION CONDITION

  1. Check that the television display assembly and navigation receiver assembly*1 or radio and display receiver assembly*2 connectors are connected properly.

    1. *1: w/ Navigation System (for Navigation System)
    2. *2: w/ Navigation System (for Radio and Display Type) or w/o Navigation System
    OK:
    The connectors are connected properly.
