Rear Differential Lock Control Switch (W/ Combination Switch) Removal


  1. REMOVE INTEGRATION CONTROL AND PANEL ASSEMBLY

  2. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL END LH

  3. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL END RH

  4. REMOVE NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL CUSHION

  5. REMOVE NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL CUSHION

  6. REMOVE FRONT CONSOLE UPPER PANEL GARNISH

  7. REMOVE CENTER CLUSTER MODULE SWITCH (REAR DIFFERENTIAL LOCK CONTROL SWITCH)

  8. REMOVE CENTER CLUSTER MODULE PANEL

Rear Differential Lock Control Switch (W/ Combination Switch) -- Removal


HINT:
  1. Use the same procedure for the RH and LH sides.
  2. The procedure listed below is for the LH side.


1. REMOVE INTEGRATION CONTROL AND PANEL ASSEMBLY

  1. Detach the 4 clips.

  1. Disconnect the connector and remove the integration control and panel assembly.



2. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL END LH

  1. Detach the 4 clips and remove the instrument panel finish panel end LH.



3. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL END RH

  1. Detach the 4 clips and remove the instrument panel finish panel end RH.



4. REMOVE NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL CUSHION
HINT:
Use the same procedure described for the No. 2 instrument panel finish panel cushion.


5. REMOVE NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL CUSHION

  1. Detach the 5 clips and remove the No. 2 instrument panel finish panel cushion.



6. REMOVE FRONT CONSOLE UPPER PANEL GARNISH


  1. w/o Seat Heater System:



      Land Cruiser, Land Cruiser Prado. Grj150 Trj150,155 Kdj150,155 Lj150, Gdj150,155.Axle And Differential.Axle System.Rear Differential Lock Control Switch (W/ Combination Switch) Removal

    1. Put protective tape around the front console upper panel garnish.

    2. Detach the 5 clips and remove the front console upper panel garnish.

    3. Disconnect the connector.

    1. Put protective tape around the front console upper panel garnish.

    3. Disconnect each connector.

    1. Put protective tape around the front console upper panel garnish.

7. REMOVE CENTER CLUSTER MODULE SWITCH (REAR DIFFERENTIAL LOCK CONTROL SWITCH)

  1. Remove the 2 bolts.

  1. Detach the 3 clips.

  1. Disconnect the connector and remove the center cluster module switch (rear differential lock control switch).



8. REMOVE CENTER CLUSTER MODULE PANEL


    Land Cruiser, Land Cruiser Prado. Grj150 Trj150,155 Kdj150,155 Lj150, Gdj150,155

  1. Remove the 4 screws and center cluster module panel from the center cluster module switch (rear differential lock control switch).
