  1. REMOVE RADIATOR ASSEMBLY WITH INTERCOOLER ASSEMBLY

  2. REMOVE NO. 2 RADIATOR TO SUPPORT SEAL

  3. REMOVE INTERCOOLER ASSEMBLY

Intercooler -- Removal



1. REMOVE RADIATOR ASSEMBLY WITH INTERCOOLER ASSEMBLY

  1. Remove the radiator assembly with intercooler assembly (LandCruiser RM000002SKP00QX.html).



2. REMOVE NO. 2 RADIATOR TO SUPPORT SEAL


    Land Cruiser, Land Cruiser Prado. Grj150 Trj150,155 Kdj150,155 Lj150, Gdj150,155

  1. Remove the 2 No. 2 radiator to support seals from the intercooler.



3. REMOVE INTERCOOLER ASSEMBLY


    Land Cruiser, Land Cruiser Prado. Grj150 Trj150,155 Kdj150,155 Lj150, Gdj150,155

  1. Disconnect the vacuum hose from the intercooler.

  1. Remove the 4 bolts and intercooler from the radiator.
