Inspect the level sensor.
Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
- Standard Resistance:
Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition 14(LV1) - 6(ELV1) Float position is upper 23.37 to 24.47 kΩ Float position is lower 1.40 to 1.46 kΩ

Inspect the tank heater.
Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
- Standard Resistance:
Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition 9(TH+) - 11(TH-) 25°C (77°F) 1.39 to 1.54 kΩ

Inspect the temperature sensor.
Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
- Standard Resistance:
Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition 1(TUW) - 2(ETUW) 20°C (68°F) 2.47 to 2.56 kΩ 30°C (86°F) 1.69 to 1.75 kΩ

Inspect the pump motor.
Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
- Standard Resistance:
Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition 7(PHAA) - 8(PHAB) 20 to 30 °C (68 to 86°F) 0.35 to 0.43 Ω 7(PHAA) - 16(PHAC) 8(PHAB) - 16(PHAC) 7(PHAA) - 15(MGND) Always 10 kΩ or higher 8(PHAB) - 15(MGND) 16(PHAC) - 15(MGND)
