Vacuum Regulating Valve Removal


  1. DISCONNECT ENGINE WIRE

  2. REMOVE EGR VALVE BRACKET

  3. REMOVE GAS FILTER WITH GAS FILTER BRACKET

  4. REMOVE ELECTRIC VACUUM REGULATING VALVE ASSEMBLY (for EGR)

Vacuum Regulating Valve -- Removal



1. DISCONNECT ENGINE WIRE


    Land Cruiser, Land Cruiser Prado. Grj150 Trj150,155 Kdj150,155 Lj150, Gdj150,155

  1. Detach the clamp and disconnect the engine wire.



2. REMOVE EGR VALVE BRACKET


    Land Cruiser, Land Cruiser Prado. Grj150 Trj150,155 Kdj150,155 Lj150, Gdj150,155

  1. Remove the 2 nuts and EGR bracket.



3. REMOVE GAS FILTER WITH GAS FILTER BRACKET


    Land Cruiser, Land Cruiser Prado. Grj150 Trj150,155 Kdj150,155 Lj150, Gdj150,155

  1. Disconnect the 2 vacuum hoses.

  1. Remove the bolt and gas filter with gas filter bracket.



4. REMOVE ELECTRIC VACUUM REGULATING VALVE ASSEMBLY (for EGR)


    Land Cruiser, Land Cruiser Prado. Grj150 Trj150,155 Kdj150,155 Lj150, Gdj150,155

  1. Disconnect the connector.



    Land Cruiser, Land Cruiser Prado. Grj150 Trj150,155 Kdj150,155 Lj150, Gdj150,155

  1. Disconnect the 4 vacuum hoses.



    Land Cruiser, Land Cruiser Prado. Grj150 Trj150,155 Kdj150,155 Lj150, Gdj150,155

  1. Remove the 2 bolts and electric vacuum regulating valve together with the bracket.

    NOTICE:
    Do not remove the electric vacuum regulating valve from the bracket.
