1. INSPECT MANIFOLD ABSOLUTE PRESSURE SENSOR


  1. Inspect the power source voltage.

    1. Disconnect the manifold absolute pressure sensor connector.



    2. Land Cruiser, Land Cruiser Prado. Grj150 Trj150,155 Kdj150,155 Lj150, Gdj150,155.5L-E Engine Control.Ecd System.Manifold Absolute Pressure Sensor  On-Vehicle Inspection
    3. Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard Voltage:
      Tester Connection
      Switch Condition
      Specified Condition
      C83-3 (VC) - C83-1 (E)
      Ignition switch ON
      4.75 to 5.25 V

      If the result is not as specified, inspect the wire harness or ECM (LandCruiser RM000000VQD00LX.html).
    4. Connect the manifold absolute pressure sensor connector.



  1. Check the power supply.

    1. Turn the ignition switch to ON.

    2. Disconnect the vacuum hose from the manifold absolute pressure sensor.

    4. Using SST, measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.
