Automatic Light Control Sensor Removal


  1. REMOVE COMBINATION METER ASSEMBLY

  2. REMOVE LIGHT CONTROL SWITCH HOLE COVER

  3. REMOVE AUTOMATIC LIGHT CONTROL SENSOR

Automatic Light Control Sensor -- Removal

  1. Use the same procedure for RHD and LHD vehicles.
  2. The procedure listed below is for LHD vehicles.


1. REMOVE COMBINATION METER ASSEMBLY

2. REMOVE LIGHT CONTROL SWITCH HOLE COVER


    Toyota Fortuner. Ggn50, 60 Kun51, 61 Tgn51 Lan50

  1. Disconnect the connector.

  1. Detach the 2 claws and guide underneath the upper instrument panel sub-assembly by hand, and remove the light control switch hole cover



3. REMOVE AUTOMATIC LIGHT CONTROL SENSOR


    Toyota Fortuner. Ggn50, 60 Kun51, 61 Tgn51 Lan50

  1. Detach the 2 claws and remove the automatic light control sensor.
