Blower Unit (For Automatic Air Conditioning System) -- Removal |
| 1. REMOVE AIR CONDITIONING UNIT ASSEMBLY |
Remove the air conditioning unit assembly (Toyota Fortuner RM0000012JP00BX.html).
| 2. REMOVE BLOWER ASSEMBLY |
Remove the 2 screws.

Detach the blower unit from the air conditioner radiator assembly.
| 3. REMOVE NO. 3 AIR DUCT |
Detach the 4 claws and remove the duct.
 |
| 4. REMOVE RECIRCULATION DAMPER SERVO SUB-ASSEMBLY |
 |
Remove the 2 screws and damper servo.
| 5. REMOVE BLOWER RESISTOR |
 |
Remove the 2 screws and blower resistor.
| 6. REMOVE BLOWER WITH FAN MOTOR SUB-ASSEMBLY |
 |
Remove the 3 screws and blower with fan motor.
