Blower Unit (For Automatic Air Conditioning System) Removal


  1. REMOVE AIR CONDITIONING UNIT ASSEMBLY

  2. REMOVE BLOWER ASSEMBLY

  3. REMOVE NO. 3 AIR DUCT

  4. REMOVE RECIRCULATION DAMPER SERVO SUB-ASSEMBLY

  5. REMOVE BLOWER RESISTOR

  6. REMOVE BLOWER WITH FAN MOTOR SUB-ASSEMBLY

Blower Unit (For Automatic Air Conditioning System) -- Removal



1. REMOVE AIR CONDITIONING UNIT ASSEMBLY
  1. Remove the air conditioning unit assembly (Toyota Fortuner RM0000012JP00BX.html).



2. REMOVE BLOWER ASSEMBLY


    Toyota Fortuner. Ggn50, 60 Kun51, 61 Tgn51 Lan50
  1. Remove the 2 screws.

  1. Detach the blower unit from the air conditioner radiator assembly.



3. REMOVE NO. 3 AIR DUCT


    Toyota Fortuner. Ggn50, 60 Kun51, 61 Tgn51 Lan50
  1. Detach the 4 claws and remove the duct.



4. REMOVE RECIRCULATION DAMPER SERVO SUB-ASSEMBLY


Toyota Fortuner. Ggn50, 60 Kun51, 61 Tgn51 Lan50
  1. Remove the 2 screws and damper servo.



5. REMOVE BLOWER RESISTOR


Toyota Fortuner. Ggn50, 60 Kun51, 61 Tgn51 Lan50
  1. Remove the 2 screws and blower resistor.



6. REMOVE BLOWER WITH FAN MOTOR SUB-ASSEMBLY


Toyota Fortuner. Ggn50, 60 Kun51, 61 Tgn51 Lan50
  1. Remove the 3 screws and blower with fan motor.
