Rear Cooling Unit Disassembly
REMOVE NO. 1 COOLER AIR DUCT
REMOVE BLOWER RESISTOR
REMOVE NO. 2 COOLER UNIT DRAIN HOSE
REMOVE BLOWER WITH FAN MOTOR SUB-ASSEMBLY
REMOVE AIR CONDITIONER TUBE AND ACCESSORY ASSEMBLY
REMOVE REAR COOLING UNIT EXPANSION VALVE
Rear Cooling Unit -- Disassembly |
1. REMOVE NO. 1 COOLER AIR DUCT |
Remove the 3 screws and air duct.
2. REMOVE BLOWER RESISTOR |
Remove the 2 screws and blower resistor.
3. REMOVE NO. 2 COOLER UNIT DRAIN HOSE |
Remove the drain hose.
4. REMOVE BLOWER WITH FAN MOTOR SUB-ASSEMBLY |
Remove the 3 screws and blower with fan motor.
5. REMOVE AIR CONDITIONER TUBE AND ACCESSORY ASSEMBLY |
Remove the 9 screws.
Detach the 3 claws and remove the cooling unit case (motor side).
Remove the evaporator sub-assembly from the cooler unit case (sink side).
Using a 4 mm socket hexagon wrench, remove the 2 hexagon bolts and air conditioner tube and accessory assembly.
Remove the 2 O-rings from the air conditioner tube and accessory assembly.
6. REMOVE REAR COOLING UNIT EXPANSION VALVE |
Remove the expansion valve from the evaporator sub-assembly.
Remove the 2 O-rings from the evaporator sub-assembly.
