Rear Cooling Unit -- Disassembly |
| 1. REMOVE BLOWER (REAR) RESISTOR |
Remove the 2 screws and blower resistor.
 |
| 2. REMOVE NO. 2 COOLER UNIT DRAIN HOSE |
Remove the drain hose.
 |
| 3. REMOVE NO. 1 COOLER BLOWER MOTOR SUB-ASSEMBLY |
Remove the 3 screws and blower motor.
 |
| 4. REMOVE NO. 2 AIR CONDITIONING TUBE & ACCESSORY ASSEMBLY |
Remove the 9 screws.
 |
Detach the 3 claws and remove the cooling unit cover.
Remove the evaporator from the cooling unit cover.
Using a 4 mm hexagon wrench, remove the 2 hexagon bolts and A/C tube.
 |
Remove the 2 O-rings from the A/C tube.
| 5. REMOVE REAR COOLING UNIT EXPANSION VALVE |
Remove the rear cooling unit expansion valve from the evaporator.
 |
Remove the 2 O-rings from the evaporator.
