DESCRIPTION
The heater relay is turned on by signals from the air conditioning amplifier. The heater relay supplies power to the blower motor control.

INSPECTION PROCEDURE
- NOTICE:
- Inspect the fuses for circuits related to this system before performing the following inspection procedure.
Remove the HTR relay from the driver side junction block.
Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
- Standard Resistance:

2.CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (AIR CONDITIONING AMPLIFIER - BATTERY) |
Disconnect the A16 amplifier connector.
Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

Remove the air conditioning amplifier with its connectors still connected.
Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.
