Yaw Rate And Deceleration Sensor (W/ Vsc) Installation


  1. INSTALL YAW RATE SENSOR ASSEMBLY

  2. INSTALL SENSOR BRACKET

  3. INSTALL FLOOR CARPET COVER

  4. INSTALL FRONT SEAT ASSEMBLY RH

  5. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

  6. PERFORM YAW RATE SENSOR ZERO POINT CALIBRATION

  7. CHECK YAW RATE SENSOR SIGNAL

Yaw Rate And Deceleration Sensor (W/ Vsc) -- Installation



1. INSTALL YAW RATE SENSOR ASSEMBLY


    Toyota Fortuner. Ggn50, 60 Kun51, 61 Tgn51 Lan50.Brake Control.Yaw Rate And Deceleration Sensor (W/ Vsc).Yaw Rate And Deceleration Sensor (W/ Vsc) Installation

  1. Connect the connector.

    NOTICE:
    Securely connect the connector.

  1. Set the yaw rate sensor to the crossmember.

    NOTICE:
    1. Do not use any parts which have been dropped or struck.
    2. Make sure that there is no foreign matter or carpet between the bracket of the sensor and crossmember.
    3. Do not do anything to deform the bracket of the sensor, such as kicking or stepping on it.


2. INSTALL SENSOR BRACKET


    Toyota Fortuner. Ggn50, 60 Kun51, 61 Tgn51 Lan50

  1. Install the sensor bracket with the 2 bolts.

    Torque:
    14 N*m{138 kgf*cm, 10 ft.*lbf}


3. INSTALL FLOOR CARPET COVER

  1. Insert the floor carpet cover into the sensor bracket.

  1. Insert the positioning boss of the floor carpet cover into the hole in the bracket of the sensor.

  1. Attach the 4 claws to install the floor carpet cover.



4. INSTALL FRONT SEAT ASSEMBLY RH

  1. Install the front seat assembly RH (Toyota Fortuner RM000000Z8T004X.html).



5. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
NOTICE:
When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected (Toyota Fortuner RM000002HD2006X.html).


6. PERFORM YAW RATE SENSOR ZERO POINT CALIBRATION

  1. Perform the yaw rate sensor zero point calibration (Toyota Fortuner RM000000XHR02TX.html).



7. CHECK YAW RATE SENSOR SIGNAL

  1. Check the yaw rate sensor signal (Toyota Fortuner RM000000XHT070X.html).
